How do I get started with HARP?
Getting started with HARP is straightforward. It begins with a complimentary discovery call where we'll discuss your current marketing challenges, growth goals, and whether HARP is the right fit. From there, we'll propose a tailored engagement based on your needs. Most clients go from first call to foundation engagement within two weeks.
What size businesses do you work with?
HARP works with both growing and established businesses looking to build or elevate their marketing function. We partner with companies across all sectors, bringing the strategic depth and specialist capability that's hard to build in-house.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding with HARP is simple by design. Our Analyse phase typically takes 2–4 weeks, during which we immerse ourselves in your marketing ecosystem: auditing what’s in place, identifying opportunities, and building the strategic foundation for your engagement. By the end, you’ll have a clear roadmap and a team that truly understands your business.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
While our team is based in Australia, we work with clients internationally, provided there's a strong fit. Our AI-powered tools and remote collaboration approach mean geography is rarely a barrier.

Our 5A Framework (Analyse, Anchor, Architect, Amplify, Attribute) is our structured approach to marketing transformation. Part 1 builds the foundation: understanding your market position and anchoring your brand strategy. Part 2 delivers execution and attribution, ensuring every activity ties back to revenue outcomes.
The framework is flexible by design: for growing businesses it can serve as your complete marketing function, and for those with an established team it empowers them to focus on what matters most.
Can I choose specific services rather than a full package?
Yes. Our strategic foundation (Analyse and Anchor) is included in every engagement, as it underpins the work that follows. The growth engine, covering campaign execution and attribution, is optional and runs on a monthly basis with no lock-in contracts. We'll recommend the right scope during your consultation.
How do you measure success?
We establish clear KPIs during the Anchor phase and report against them continuously. Every engagement includes transparent reporting dashboards so you always know what's working, what's not, and where your investment is going.

How is HARP's pricing structured?
Our pricing is split into two parts. Part 1, the Strategic Foundation, is a one-time investment covering market discovery, competitor analysis, and a documented brand strategy. Part 2, the Growth Engine, is a monthly subscription for ongoing campaign execution, amplification, and attribution.

Do you require long-term contracts?
While we typically recommend a minimum 6-month engagement to see meaningful results, we don't lock you into multi-year contracts. Our goal is to earn your continued partnership through measurable outcomes.
Can I get a proposal before committing?
Absolutely. After your discovery call, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, expected outcomes, and pricing. There's no obligation until you're ready to proceed.
Working Together
Who will I work with day-to-day?
You'll work directly with HARP's leadership team: experienced professionals who combine marketing strategy, technology expertise, and AI capability. The people building your strategy are the same people guiding its execution, giving you consistency and accountability at every stage.
How often will we meet?
Most engagements include fortnightly strategy calls and monthly performance reviews. You'll also have direct access to your strategist via email and our collaboration platform for day-to-day questions.
Do you replace our internal marketing team?
Not necessarily. Our framework is designed to flex with your business. For businesses with an existing marketing function, we work alongside your people, freeing them to focus on what they do best while we handle execution and attribution. For growing businesses without an established team, HARP can serve as your complete marketing function.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
At HARP, transparency is a core value. If results aren't tracking to plan, we'll identify why and adjust our approach. Our reporting makes performance visible so there are no surprises. We're invested in your success because that's how we grow too.
In the unlikely event you're still not satisfied, there are no lock-in contracts, guaranteeing an easy exit.
